| Bio: | Marko Beljac is a Monash University PhD student. He lives in Melbourne after having been in Perth for 10 years. His main area of interest is the interface between science and global security. He is co-author of An Illusion of Protection: The Unavoidable Limitations of Safeguards on Nuclear Materials and the Export of Australian Uranium to China.
